Delete your GaelGrid account

You can permanently delete your GaelGrid account and the data it owns at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open GaelGrid and go to Settings.
2. Under your profile, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are erased from the device and our servers.

Without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email support@gaelgrid.app from the address on your account, with the subject “GaelGrid account deletion request”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, profile) and app entitlements.
• The clubs, teams, players, matches, events, and AI reports owned by your organisation when you are its only member.
• All match data stored locally on your device.

If your organisation has other members, your membership is removed but the shared club data those members rely on is retained.
