Who we are

Clubs act as data controller for club and player data; GaelGrid is the processor. Controller identity and contact — to be completed (D1).

Who we share it with

Sub-processors: Supabase (EU hosting/auth) and Anthropic (US, AI match reports — player names are not sent). Full list and safeguards to be completed (D7/D1).

Children’s data

GaelGrid is not for children. It is built for adult (senior) teams only: you must be 18 or older to use GaelGrid, and entering personal data about anyone under 18 — including player names — is prohibited. We do not knowingly process personal data relating to anyone under 18. If you believe under-18 data has been entered, contact support@gaelgrid.app and we will delete it promptly.
